Default I am new in Forex

Hi everyone,

I am quite new in the world of Forex. I am an American who resides in Malaysia for the past 15 years. Does anyone knows a good Forex broker in or out of Malaysia?
I have heard of the company FX Primus or somewhere along those lines. Are they reliable and are they competent?
Would appreciate much feedback as possible.
Thanks.

I am not familiar with FX Primus. I want to suggest to go for some prominent brokers such as AVAFX, OANDA and eToro.

Exactly, choose one of the big UK brokers that are FSA regulated.

Thank you for your replies. While I did check other companies out, I realized that FX Primus has a better deal - FX Primus Trust Account. Basically my funds are seperated from the assets which I think its ideal. Not only that, these funds are held in world renowned Barclays Bank. And it only cost me USD 50 (one-time/one-off payment). I feel as a newbie trading, this is quite good. At least I can sleep well at night :)

Invest your time before you invest your money. When you first start out, you should definitely open a forex demo account and try out some demo trading. This will give you a good technical foundation on the mechanics of making forex trades and get used to using a trading platform.
