Default Re: What is the direction for USD?

The USD usually have a negative correlation with the US stock markets, which means that it goes up when the stocks slide, and the opposite. However, the weakness of the Euro leaves no alternative for those who looking for investment in a major-traded currency, and therefore we see the USD rise in spite the positive opening in Wall Street. I believe that as long as the stock rise, the EUR continue strengthening against the USD but not against other strong currencies such as JPY or AUD.
