If you fund your account via bank wire, we cover all fees.

How to get your bank wire fee refund:

After funding your account via bank wire, please request a copy of a proof of payment receipt from your bank. This receipt should state all fees that were applied to the wire and the date of the wire.

Then fill up the "Wire Transfer Fee Reimbursement" form and upload your payment receipt for us to process your bank wire fee refund. This option is located in your member area.
