MetaTrader 4 Web Trader -- Tips?

Hey everyone, newbie trader here. Right now, I'm thinking about using MetaTrader 4's Web Trader with Milton Markets as my broker, and I just wanted to ask you all if you had any tips regarding using the web version of the platform. Is it any different than just using the original MetaTrader 4? I heard that both EAs and signals will work on it, which sounds like it'll be helpful to me since I'm just starting up. Also, do any of you know anything about Milton Markets, like if it has a good reputation? Its features from its website were pretty enticing, but I could not find a review of it on this forum.

Always check speed of orders execution because it matters a lot. For example I have low speed of orders filling with Hotforex which makes scalping possible.
