What is VPS and What is benefit and detriment using vps?

Virtual Private Server.
Your benefits stem from the fact that the server is remote i.e not part of your computer so if your computer is off for any reason your trading platform which you have installed on the VPS keeps running.
Detriment - costs bucks per month.
