Support And Resistant line

Hello I know I am a little green here.

I would like to know how to get support and resistant, are there indicators to show the support and resistant level?

Sorry this is a mp4, where do I unload it too? mt4 module?

Download the mq4 file to your desktop.
Close your MetaTrader platform.
Right click on the MetaTrader shortcut.
Click on 'Open file folder'.
Double click on 'Experts'.
Double click on 'Indicators'.
Copy and paste the mq4 file to the 'Indicators' folder that you have just opened. Then close everything.
Start your MetaTrader platform.
On the toolbar at the top of the platform click on the Navigator icon. It looks like a gold star.
Open Custom Indicators and drag the relevant file onto your chart, et voila.
