Oanda I've heard is good as well. But they don't use Mt4.

Yes, why not. As I am here since 2012 so I am suggesting you to use FreshForex broker cause they are authentic and they always provide most flexible facilities for their traders.

You can try Hotforex it offers various account types which provides great flexibility to choose something that suits your trading system best.
