Dollar Index 12/092012 - Daily Chart Analysis

DOLLAR INDEX

COMMENTS: Don’t forget that in football the “dribbling” is an advantage for who can “dribble” effectively. Remember Lionel Messi of Barcelona. It is the same for the Dollar Index price that crossed from above the D1 red trend line and gives the idea of continuing to move downward. Can it be a “dribble”? Did the yesterday traders know what the German judges will say today, or, the traders “selected” the verdict? We will see.

SUGGESTIONS: The running long positions on currencies against the USD, must be “hedged”, in other words, you must open, whenever allowed by the CFD Broker, identical opposite positions, otherwise, in case the parity moves against you, your profits will be protected. In case the Dollar Index will continue its downwards course, you will increase your long exposures on the currencies against the USD.
