HOW TO BUILD E.A TO RE OPEN IN A EXISTANCE ORDER

HI
I have problem , i want to open order manual and when reach dollar 5 profits , the E.A should open this order , i will set SL + TP as well.
If there's any programmer know their code , I need your help .
