TRADING PLATFORMS
The broker is providing:

• Metatrader 4 - Desktop, mobile apps for iOS and Android as well as a webtrader version.
• Metatrader 5 - Desktop, mobile apps for iOS and Android as well as a webtrader version.
• Guidants - Web based trading platform directly connected to MT4. It’s currently available in German language only. An English version is under development.

ACCOUNT TYPES
The broker has only two types of accounts - live and demo.
The live accounts have negative balance protection.
Zero margin with hedged positions.
If your equity goes below 125% of your required margin, you will receive a margin call to deposit more funds into your account.
If your equity goes below 100% of your required margin, an automated stop out will be triggered (first closing the position with the largest floating loss).
Order execution - STP/DMA.
Positive and negative slippage are both possible.
Scalping and automated/algorithmic trading is allowed.
The SWAP/Rollover can be both positive and negative as well.
There is an inactivity tax of 20EUR/USD/GBP/CHF which you will be charged with after 3 consecutive months of inactivity on your funded live account.
The average EUR/USD spread is 0.3 pips without commission. An extensive table with all the fees and contract specifications is present on the broker’s website.
Minimum lot size to place an order is 0.01.
The biggest plus for all traders is that a post trade transparency report is available upon request. If you have any suspicions or have experienced delays that may seem unnatural you can request such a report. It includes the full order fulfilment information with all execution times at each step from start to finish.

The demo accounts are automatically closed after 3 months of inactivity.
The trading conditions illustrated in the demo account fully reflect the live account conditions (pricing, spreads etc.) which allow you to get a clear idea of the trading conditions and how your trading strategies will work out.

JFD Brokers allows traders to directly access and trade with Forex, precious metals, physical (real) stocks and CFDs on bonds, indices, stocks, commodities and ETF/ETN on the markets.
A wide range of instruments (1000+) in 8 asset classes is available to all traders.
The maximum leverage available is 1:400. However the initial (set by default) leverage for Forex trading is 1:50. It can be raised upon client request and after passing a risk assessment.
The maximum leverage for CFD trading is 1:100 depending on the instrument.

I don’t have much experience about this broker but I think customer service should be better. It’s a type of aspect that’s very important for traders. If the customer service is weak, it will not help us at all. So that’s where we have to make a lot of effort to get things rolling right.
