Forex.com seems to be just fine. Mostly 4's across the board except for Customer Service. I would give it a 5 as I am calling all the time and always get a answer. Maybe not to my liking, but that has to do with my mistakes, not there service.

Takes 2-4 days to fund and transfer money.

i've really liked this broker so far, although it's been less than a year. when the nfa put the new rules in, they immediately offerred the option to transfer the account to their UK office and the process was seamless. when they had a bad tick on a pair months ago and the accounts needed correcting, the process was seamless.
not bad.

i've had extremely good service with deposits and withdrawals, with deposits credited in hours.

nothing is perfect, but my experience here has been excellent.:)

Default Nice company with great employees

I have been with FOREX.com for over three years. They always listened to my problems when I started trading and had answers I could understand. When talking to the staff they sound like they actually WANT your business. No problems with the platform. This is a company you will want to stay with for a long time.

Been with them over 4 years (too lazy to change and all the accounts were decimated anyway). They freeze all accounts during red news for up to 30 minutes after and 10 minutes before. One of the worst spreads in the industry. Might be OK for position traders. EA's will never gain traction on their style accounts. They seem to LOVE EA traders but also deactivate high frequency EA traders. No trader will ever make money with this broker because they take too much in spread blow-out and slippage. Compared to other brokers, FXPrimus 50%, Thinkforex 75%, Forex.com (Gain Capital) 1% - based upon the likelihood of an average trader coming away something less than mortally wounded. On that same scale, YouTradeFX are -90% (i.e. stay away, they are the least desirable of all). FinFx (same parameters are around +75%).
Forex.com are just too big to care and that makes them parasitic.
